You can easily reset your password using the Forgot Password function. Make sure you are signed out of your account in order to successfully reset the password.
1. Click the Sign In link in the top right or sign out of your account if you are already signed in.
2. Click Forgot Password and enter your username. (NOTE: Your username is CaSe SenSitiVe and there can be no spaces after it.)
3. An e-mail with a password reset link will promptly be sent to your e-mail address on file. Follow the instructions to reset your password! (If you don't receive the reset e-mail, check your spam/junk folder.)
If you've forgotten your username, click Forgot Username?
You'll be redirected to contact us. Provide any relevant contact information so that we can more easily find your account. Include your e-mail address(es), full name, and what you think your username may be.
From the mobile application, tap the menu button in the upper left.
Tap Setup & Help > Reset Password > Enter your username and tap OK

If you did not receive the password reset e-mail, check your spam/junk folders. If you need to update your e-mail address, please contact us.
