How to cancel a direct billing subscription:
Subscriptions can be canceled with a simple request. Please contact us to make a cancellation request and we'll provide confirmation.
You can also request cancellation by voicemail. Please call 800-946-3225 and leave us a message.
- Provide your full name, username, e-mail address(es) and phone number(s) so that we can locate your account.
Members must contact us prior to their billing renewal date to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle. Once a payment has been made it is generally non-refundable.
How to cancel an Apple iTunes in-app purchase (IAP) subscription
If you purchased a subscription through Apple iTunes in-app purchase (IAP), please know that only the Apple account holder can manage the subscription. You must turn off the app's auto-renewing option in your iTunes account or else Apple will continue billing you for the subscription.
