How to cancel a direct billing subscription:
Subscriptions can be canceled upon request. Please contact us so that we can process your request.
You may also request cancellation over the phone by leaving us a recorded message (800-946-3225).
- Provide us with your username, full name, e-mail address(es), and phone number(s) so that we can locate your account.
(NOTE: Members must contact us prior to their billing renewal date to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle. Once a payment has been made it is generally non-refundable.)
How to cancel an Apple/iTunes in-app purchase (Subscription through IAP):
If you ordered a subscription via in-app purchase, please know cancellations must be made through the user's Apple/iTunes account. To cancel, simply turn off the auto-renewing option for the subscription. This can only be done by the Apple account holder.
