Members must contact us prior to their billing renewal date to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle. Once a payment has been made it is non-refundable.
If you purchased a subscription through Apple iTunes in-app purchase (IAP), you must turn off the app's auto-renewing option in your iTunes account to cancel the subscription. Please know that only the Apple account holder can manage the subscription.

Fine Print: All memberships automatically renew at the applicable rate upon the end of each term. Annual plans require a 12-month commitment. Pre-Pay Annual and Monthly plans have no commitment. All accounts may be canceled at any time by contacting us. We send an email reminder 10 days prior to membership renewal for Annual accounts, so please keep your email address current. 12 Payment Annual accounts are billed monthly and incur a penalty if canceled before a full year.
