Having trouble signing in? Here are some things to keep in mind...
- Usernames and passwords are CaSe SenSitiVe
- Be sure there are no spaces entered after your username or password
- If you receive a duplicate login error, wait 15 minutes and try signing in again.
In order to prevent account sharing, a duplicate login error may occur when multiple sessions are active on different devices at the same time. The error is only triggered when separate devices are using different internet connections simultaneously (two devices with active login sessions on the same WiFi network will not trigger a duplicate login error).
