Having trouble accessing your subscription purchase?
Occasionally, Apple purchases might not be linked to a user account. Use the instructions below to send your IAP receipt to our support team so we can locate your purchase and get you signed in to your account.
From the app's main menu, tap Settings & Help > Manage Account > Troubleshoot IAP > Send (finish sending the email).
If you can't find or send the Troubleshoot IAP data, please make sure you use the same device and Apple ID used to purchase the subscription. Please contact us for further assistance.
