Having trouble accessing your subscription purchase?
Occasionally, iTunes purchases might not be linked to a user account. Send your in-app purchase receipt to our support desk so we can locate your purchase and get you signed in to your account.
From the main menu, tap Setup & Help > Troubleshoot IAP > Send (finish sending the email)
If you are unable to locate or send the Troubleshoot IAP data, make sure you are using the same device and Apple ID that was used to purchase the subscription. Please contact us for further assistance.
