iTunes/Apple Purchase Receipt Data

Occasionally, iTunes purchases need to be linked to the user's account. Follow these steps to transfer the in-app purchase data to our support desk.

From the main menu, tap Setup & Help > Troubleshoot IAP > Send      

(NOTE: You will still need to send the e-mail that is generated.)
