Having trouble accessing your subscription via in-app purchase?
Occasionally, iTunes purchases need to be linked to a user account. Follow these steps to transfer your in-app purchase receipt to our support desk.
From the main menu, tap Setup & Help > Troubleshoot IAP > Send
(NOTE: You will still need to send the e-mail that is generated.)
