Sales & Refund Terms Follow

Thank you for your interest in the products provided by WeatherFlow-Tempest, Inc. ("WeatherFlow"). We go to great lengths to craft superior weather products in order to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Our best-in-class weather sensors are designed for residential use, and our goal is to provide you with products that deliver data accurately and reliably, with simplicity, ease of use, and minimal maintenance.
Refund and Return Policy.
We believe that you will be satisfied with WeatherFlow’s products, but if the products are not what you expected them to be, WeatherFlow offers the following three return and refund policies:
Unconditional 60-Day Exchange Policy.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 60 days of your date of purchase to request an exchange or replacement. We will ask you to return the product to us and we will process your exchange once we receive and inspect the returned product.
Unconditional 60-Day Money Back Return Policy.
All of WeatherFlow’s non-sale products come with a 60-day money back guarantee from the date of purchase. To be eligible for our 60-Day Return Policy, your product must be returned to us in its original packaging, in new or reasonable condition per normal use. You are responsible for paying shipping costs to return the product to WeatherFlow. Products may not be altered or damaged in any way. Please contact us to request a return. We will ask you to return the product to us and we will process your refund based upon the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product.
Better Forecast Guarantee.
Our Better Forecast Guarantee is a return policy which applies only to Tempest Weather Systems for the 8 months immediately following the date of purchase. WeatherFlow guarantees the Tempest Weather System will produce a better forecast for the specific location in which it is installed. To qualify, you must properly install your Tempest System at a single fixed location and consistently measure and report data for a continuous period of at least 5 months. Your Tempest Weather System must be free of damage and fully functional for the entire 5-month period (although reasonable signs of use are acceptable). If you believe the forecast provided by your Tempest Weather System is not measurably superior to forecasts publicly available elsewhere for the 3-month period immediately preceding your request, you may request a full refund for the Tempest Weather System, so long as such request is submitted no later than 8 months after the date of purchase. Please contact us to request a return under the Better Forecast Guarantee. You must provide us with a statement that includes enough information for us to reasonably ascertain that the Tempest Weather System did not provide a better forecast. We may require you to return the Tempest Weather System at your expense. We will ask you to return the product to us and we will process your refund based upon the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product. You are responsible for paying shipping costs to return the product to WeatherFlow.
Additional Services May be Needed.
You acknowledge that WeatherFlow products may require wireless or internet connectivity to fully function. You acknowledge that the WeatherFlow products do not come with a cellular data plan, a wireless service plan, or other internet connectivity service, and you further acknowledge that WeatherFlow has no responsibility to provide said plans or service. Instead, you are solely responsible for obtaining and paying for any access to the Internet or wireless service through a wireless carrier or internet service provider of your choice.
WeatherFlow may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. WeatherFlow reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any or no reason. If WeatherFlow cancels an order after you have already been billed, WeatherFlow will refund the billed amount.
Shipping & Delivery.
Because shipping can be impacted by many events beyond WeatherFlow’s control, the risk of loss of, risk of damage to, and title in the products shall pass to you when the products are received from WeatherFlow by the carrier. The product may be subject to import and export laws and regulations. It is solely your responsibility to comply with all domestic and international import and export laws and regulations that apply to the product. These laws may include restrictions on destinations, users, and end use. As the customer and importer, you are liable for all import duties (including VAT), customs, and local taxes levied by your country of residence. Please note that your order total displayed at checkout may not include all of these additional duties, fees, or taxes. You acknowledge and agree that payment of customs, carrier, duty, or other fees may be necessary to release your order from customs or for you to receive your shipment. WeatherFlow is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies or any carrier. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges. If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the shipment is returned to WeatherFlow, we will refund your purchase price and any taxes you paid for your purchase, less a non-refundable shipping and handling fee.
