Why is the Hub locked?
The hub is attached to an existing station on another user's account. To avoid deactivating that station, the Hub becomes locked to the original account. The Hub and the Tempest device can only be configured to one station on one user account at a time.
How do I see the station data?
You can ask the original account owner for their login info. Or, see how to share Tempest station data with friends and family.
What if I want to re-setup the Hub on this new account?
Delete the existing station on the original account to unlock the Hub.
- Sign in to the original account.
- Go to settings > stations > swipe left on the station and confirm delete.
- Sign out and sign in to the new account.
- Create a new station and continue through initial setup.
